Check your internet connection

Go here, then click the "GO" button to test your connection speed. Take note the download speed result (example: 27.54 Mbps).

1. For livestreams, we recommend setting the quality to "auto" (hover over video, click settings symbol, click "quality"). This will automatically play video at lower quality if your connection speed slows down.
2. For streaming livestream sessions in 1080p, we recommend download speeds of at least 8 Mbps.
3. We generally recommend using a high speed connection via ethernet or wifi. Many users have issues with cellular connections slowing down during streaming.
