Livestream video not playing

If a live session or recording won't play or has stopped playing, try these steps: 

• Refresh your browser. Then click the large play button in center of livestream video on the page.
• Check your connection. We recommend setting video quality to "auto."

Please note: There will not usually be live video of the stage until 5-10 minutes before the event starting time. There is also a short delay in the stream, which means events generally start at least 2-3 minutes after official start time of event.
